However our packaging is purposed across a wide variety of applications which determines the mix of recycled RPET material to virgin APET. Therefore at Custom-Pak we can thermoform your plastic packaging to your specific requirements with the following fully recyclable material:

• APET – Virgin plastic – Recycle code 1
• R-30 RPET – The recycled content of 30% is sandwiched in between 2 layers of Virgin Pet – Recycle code 1
• R-50 RPET – The recycled content of 50% is sandwiched in between 2 layers of Virgin Pet – Recycle code 1
• R-80 RPET – The recycled content of 80% is sandwiched in between 2 layers of Virgin Pet – Recycle code 1
• R-100 RPET – 100% recycled content – Recycle code 1
• Polypropylene – Recycle code 5

All off cuts generated by Custom-Pak in the creation of plastic packaging are recycled and re extruded back into RPET within New Zealand.
